Just got home from our vacation. Lesley was a huge help. When my husband lost our information for our airport shuttle, she quickly forwarded me the documents. I messaged her while on vacation to see if she had a recommendation on how we could get from Anaheim to universal studios, and she sent me a link to book a shuttle for it. When she asked how the trip went, I told it was good but was surprised our airline carrier split all 4 of us up on the flight home, leaving my 5 year old in tears (the lovely flight attendants made some adjustments to ultimately seat me with the kids), she looked into their policies to see if this was permitted (ridiculously, it is ) and was prepared to contact the airline to complain. Lesley did a fantastic job booking our vacation. She found us an amazing deal well within our price range and the resort was amazing! Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner and she was available to answer questions whenever we needed her. Leslie was absolutely amazing! She is professional and does her best to get the best deal for you! She recently did our wedding booking, which was a very large group! It was not the easiest booking to deal with (due to some travel airline issues), but these issues were far beyond her control. She worked hard to resolve them as best as she could, and did not back down to the airline. She kept me sane, in many moments that I was freaking out! She worked in a timely manner, and we ended up having the best wedding we could have dreamed of!! We cannot thank Leslie enough!!! I highly highly recommend her for all of your travel needs!!!!!!
